The weekend

The doors are open.

Casa Motivo takes over a space and turns it into the Casa: a house for the weekend, with great music, proper food and drink, and a full programme of games.

Vol 1 is Aperta, meaning open. From Friday 30 October to Sunday 1 November, Birmingham is welcome. Come for an evening or stay for all three days.

Birmingham is the first stop. After that, we take the Casa to the next city.

  • The Music

Afrobeats, Amapiano and Bashment all weekend, with DJ Rukky on the decks and Oye of Lagos hosting.

  • Food & Drink

Plenty of food, cold drinks, snacks and wine, from the first evening to the last.

  • Casalympics

Twenty-four games across the weekend: table classics, creative house tasks, head-to-heads and team challenges.
