Your ticket

  • Your Casa Key (QR ticket) is your entry. Each ticket is scanned once per day of the event.
  • Tickets are tied to the name on the booking and can't be resold.
  • Don't post your QR code publicly. The first scan each day is the one that counts.

Age and ID

The event is [18]+. Bring valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or PASS card). No ID, no entry, even with a ticket.

Right of refusal

We can refuse entry or ask anyone to leave who breaks the House Rules or puts others at risk. Searches may take place on entry.

Filming and photography

The event may be photographed and filmed for Casa Motivo's channels. If you'd rather not appear, tell a member of the team on the day. Guests: photos of others with permission only.
